Auto Discount & Delivery Program Terms & Conditions
The Automatic Discount & Delivery Program (ADD) is available for credit/debit card orders only; cardholder’s signature required. By choosing Auto Discount & Delivery, your products will be shipped to you based on the dosage and supply length you have ordered and will be billed to the credit card used at your initial order. Your credit card will be billed each time your order ships. You can update your credit card information using the My Account page. Unless otherwise noted, vitamins & supplements ship once (1) per month and meal replacements ship every two (2) weeks. To qualify for automatic discounts, an initial ADD subscription must be maintained for a minimum of two complete cycles. One complete cycle is defined as one (1) month for vitamins & supplements and two (2) weeks for meal replacements.
Auto Discount & Delivery Program Shipping
Products will be shipped to you based on the dosage and supply length you have ordered. Applicable sales taxes and shipping expenses apply. Please allow 3-5 business days for all product shipments. Some zip codes may take longer.
- Online Shipment Orders Over $100
Free shipping on vitamins, supplements or powdered meal replacements if shipment order is over $100 EXCEPT an actual shipping charge of $4.29 will apply per pack of READY TO DRINK products (e.g.: RTD Chocolate/Vanilla Dream Shakes.)
- Online Shipment Orders Under $100
Actual shipping charges plus a shipping charge of $4.29 will apply per pack of READY TO DRINK products (e.g.: RTD Chocolate/Vanilla Dream Shakes) and a $10.95 shipping & handling fee. Cost of shipping will be determined by most affordable option available.
- Expedited Orders:
$15.95 expedited shipping fee, $10.95 handling fee, plus overnight shipping costs for expedited delivery.
- International Orders
Currently, we do not accept online orders from outside of the United States.
Changes/Cancellation of Auto Discount & Delivery Orders
You may change or delay your Auto Discount & Delivery order by using the “Update My Order” form found here. Any changes or cancellations MUST BE MADE ONE WEEK PRIOR to scheduled shipment date. Periodic price adjustments occur. Be sure to review the latest product prices displayed on our online store for upcoming orders prior to your scheduled shipments.
