For your health and safety, we are unable to accept returns on nutritional products once they leave our facility. However, if you believe there has been an error with your order please contact us WITHIN 30 DAYS so that we can assist you properly. We are unable to assist with orders more than 30 days after they have been delivered.
Although we promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, we have no control over the conditions your package(s) may encounter on the trip from our door to yours.
It is best to avoid leaving packages outside. Some customers opt to have their orders delivered to their work address during the summer. Others choose an alternate location like a friend, neighbor or relative’s home.
Although our products are mostly heat tolerant, there can be some melting of capsules or certain food items during warm summer months.
If you encounter product melting issues, place boxes of bars or unopened items in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, minimize handling of individually wrapped products as much as possible. Although appearance may be slightly altered, items will re-harden with no loss of nutrition or taste.
Please take that into consideration when you order your products. We cannot give refunds for weather related damage during shipping.

Actual shipping charges plus a shipping charge of $2.95 will apply per pack of READY TO DRINK products (e.g.: RTD Chocolate/Vanilla Dream Shakes) and a $6.99 handling fee. Cost of shipping will be determined by most affordable option available.
$9.99 expedited shipping fee, $6.99 handling fee, plus overnight shipping costs for expedited delivery.
